Refund and Returns Policy

At Dark Olive, we are committed to your satisfaction and confidence in every purchase. We understand the personal nature of our products, and our policy is designed to be as clear and fair as possible while prioritizing your health and safety.

Returns for Unopened & Unused Items

Your satisfaction is our promise. If you have second thoughts or the product isn’t what you expected, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

  • 14-Day Window: You may return any item within 14 days of its delivery date.
  • Original, Unopened Condition: For health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging. The product must be in the same condition you received it in.

If your return meets these conditions, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

For Defective Items (Manufacturer’s Warranty)

We stand by the quality of our curated collection. All electronic products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects.

If you believe your product is defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to our customer care team at returns@darkolive.com as soon as you discover the issue. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the problem.
  2. We’ll Be Your Guide: We will facilitate the warranty claim process for you. This typically involves troubleshooting steps to identify the issue.
  3. Resolution by the Manufacturer: The resolution for a defective item—whether it is a repair or a replacement—is ultimately determined by the manufacturer and their specific warranty guidelines. We will advocate on your behalf to ensure a swift and satisfactory outcome.

Please note: The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover issues related to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return for either an unopened item or a defective product, please email our customer care team at returns@darkolive.com.
  2. Provide Your Details: Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
  3. Await Instructions: We will reply within 48 hours with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
